CENTRIMEX, a global and historic company founded in France in 1948 and is a major player in the freight forwarding industry connecting Africa, Europe, and Asia with 23 offices worldwide, including 13 offices located on the African continent.
汇报对象:中国区域商务主管
主要职责:
1,通过与潜在客户建立联系,寻找新的商业合作机会,重点关注非洲和法国/比利时/意大利
2,代表Centrimex.通过贸易展览、活动、交易会、会议等在各个层面建立关系并提供服务
3,寻找并发展合格的潜在客户(电话推销),并转换成最终客户
4,定期拜访潜在和现存客户
5,考虑商品类型、成本、运输时间和安全性,与定价团队一起规划合适的运输路线
6,完成上级制定的定期和年度固定增长指标
7,确保在CRM 系统中录入所有的销售活动(会议,联系报告,机会以及潜在客户)
8,其他由业务部门直系领导指派的任务
任职要求:
1,学士/硕士学历,希望是商务,物流或者供应链管理专业
2,至少有2-3年在第三方物流的工作经验,希望拥有非洲/法国/比利时/意大利的客户资源
3,具有与工作相关的知识和经验,包括海运及空运的进口及出口
4,以客户为中心,具有专业态度/行为的独立工作团队成员
5,中文及英文必须流利,法语或其他外语将会是加分项
Reporting to the Head of Commercial China, your responsibilities will include:
Identify new business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, with a focus on Africa & France/Belgium/Italy trades
Build relationships at all levels and represent Centrimex by offering our services through trade exhibitions, events, fairs, meetings..
Find & develop qualified leads (cold calling) and convert them into prospects then customers.
Conduct regular visits to qualified prospects and existing customers.
Investigate and plan the most appropriate route for a shipment with the pricing team, considering the commodity type, cost, transit time and security.
Achieve fixed growth targets on regular and annual basis defined by the Head of Commercial, China.
Ensure all sales activity (meetings, contact reports, opportunities and leads) are reported within the CRM System.
Perform all other duties as assigned and requested by management in line with the commercial department
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor/Master degree, ideally specialized in business, logistics and/or supply chain management.
At least 2-3 years of experience in 3PL industry, ideally with a portfolio of existing customers based in Africa and/or in France/Belgium/Italy.
Relevant job knowledge and experience, including ocean & air freight, both import and export.
Customer-focused and independent working team player with professional attitude/behavior.
Native Chinese and fluent English is mandatory; French or additional languages will be a big plus.
