岗位职责:
1. Responsible for the entire process from order progress to shipment, and communicating production details with various departments of the company;
2. Responsible for the production of order related documents, such as quotations, Purchase Orders, and production sheets;
3. Responsible for production progress, timely appointment for inspection, implementation of packaging details, shipment and payment matters;
4. Handle shipping, after-sales and other issues, and follow up on sample sorting and receiving.
1. 负责订单进度至出货全过程，与公司各部门生产细节的沟通工作；
2. 负责订单相关文件资料的制作，报价单、Purchase Order、生产制造单等；
3. 负责生产进度，按时预约验货，落实包装细节，出货、收款事宜；
4. 处理出货、售后等问题， 跟进样品整理收寄。

任职要求:
1. Having a good level of written and oral English expression skills, welcome outstanding fresh graduates;
2. Familiar with computer operations (Excel, Word), proficient in using daily office software;
3. Mild personality, strong communication skills, strong execution ability, and a team spirit;
4. Outgoing personality, able to withstand certain work pressure.
