Proficient English required.

Working qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in engineering. At least 10 years working experience in sourcing and min 5 years in Global Sourcing for metal and suppliers’ development.
2. Responsible for global sourcing strategy and capable of carrying out group targets.
3. Familiar with new product development, and costs analysis/contract/suppliers’ management.
4. Able to take the lead and sort out the supply chain from the initiative stage of the business. Very good at cross functional communication and set self-starter.
5. Proficient in English, able to work independently with overseas suppliers or management. This is a must.
6. Familiar with metal, plastic and tooling, sheet metal stamping, AL-extrusion and plastic injection. Including related finishing processes such as painting (dry; wet), printing, anodizing, galvanizing… etc.
7. Capability of cost analyzing, knowing the composition of product costs and bench mark effectively. Able to present solution based on the customer requirements.
8. Manage and monitor supply activities from sourcing, purchasing, cost negotiation, delivery shipment etc., working experience of team management is preferred;
9. Familiar with f Auto CAD and Pro E for drawings and Excel for costs analysis.
10. Stand with the principles, team player, be able to travel and work under pressure.
11. CIPS certificate is preferred.
