工作内容：
1.Assist foreign trade tracking personnel in handling daily work and following up on orders
协助外贸跟单员处理日常工作和跟进订单
2.Supervise the domestic production plan according to the head office delivery plan.
跟踪订单生产进度，安排并落实产品质量，落实订单按图生产。
3.Create purchase orders based on the procurement plan provided by the procurement department
根据采购部门提供的采购计划，制作采购订单
4.Sort out and classify the product and quotation
对产品CI , PL等进行整理、归类
5. Responsible for the sorting and summarization of drawings and production materials
核对图纸和生产资料的整理归纳。
6.Responsible for the financial aspects of related product procurement
负责相关产品采购的财务事宜
7.Responsible for the distribution and library of prices in the system
负责系统中价格的分发和建库

任职资格
大专及以上学历，环境工程、商务英语等相关经验或专业；
了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；
具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；
具备较强的沟通、协调及高度执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强。
会粤语优先
