岗位职责：
1. 负责生产线的前期筹备，包括生产线的布局设计与实施；
2. 组织编制生产管理流程文件及作业指导文件；
3. 负责生产运营团队的管理，包括生产计划、采购、物流及仓储管理；
4. 负责ERP系统的建立；
5. 负责生产排产计划的管理及物料计划管理，确保生产计划的有效达成；
6. 对生产运营全过程的质量管理负责；
任职要求：
1. 10年以上相关工作经验，至少5年以上外企工作经验；
2. 熟悉二类医疗器械质量管理体系的要求，具备搭建质量管理体系的经验；
3. 熟悉ERP系统，曾主持或参与生产企业ERP系统建设项目；
4. 熟练的英语听说读写能力；
5. 喜欢接受挑战，有较强的学习能力；
6. 有海外学习或工作经验优先。

Work location: Nansha, Guangzhou
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation of the new assembly line, including the layout design，infrastructure preparation and final set up;
2. Responsible for preparation of all working instructions and production procedure;
3. Responsible for managing the production and operational team, including production planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management;
4. Responsible for establishing the ERP system;
5. Responsible for managing material and production planning to ensure the effective delivery of the products;
6. Responsible for quality management throughout the entire production and operation process;
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of working experience in foreign companies;
2. Familiar with the requirements of the quality management system for Class II medical devices, and have experience in building the quality management system;
3. Familiar with ERP system, has experience in configurating ERP for production enterprises;
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5. Willing to take challenges and has strong learning ability;
6. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
