Duties and responsibilities - To complete students’ Xueji and other school roll management required by EDB, including but not limited to administer municipal and national student management systems, establish student profiles, assist parents to declare Xuewei allowance. - To maintain student full list, and assume responsibility for students’ registration, transition, suspension, drop-out and graduation procedures. - To ensure that student files, documentations and records are collected, kept well organised and are stored and/or passed on in an appropriate manner. - To support internal and external assessments, e.g., Mid-term, end-of-term, Huikao, Zhongkao, Zongping. - To provide academic documents for students, e.g., certificates, reports, transcripts. - To support the organization of implementation of academic events and activities, e.g., school-parent conferences, open days. - To support parent, school, and community coordination. - When needed, to assist in academic scheduling, including calendars, course entries, duty rota, etc. - When needed, to undertake other reasonable duties (included but not limited to reception support) from the Lead.
Qualifications and experience required - Bachelor’s degree or above - Excellent verbal and writing skills in both Chinese and English - IT literate - Good understanding of School environment, especially in bilingual schools or international schools - Experience in Xueji management (preferable) - Good Sense of customer service, self-motivation and attention to details - Demonstrate efficiency and professional work ethics. - Demonstrate ability to manage multi tasks, with outstanding skills of organisation and communication. - Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times.
