1 To support children who have additional needs in their learning, both in small groups and in the whole class context
2 To spend time planning and supporting lessons to specified children, according to the school’s expectations and guidelines
3 Provide for the students' welfare/personal care, both individually and in groups, and ensure their safety
4 Act as a role model, showing awareness of individual needs and responding to these
5 Encourage student interaction and engagement with all learning activities
6 Assist in developing each pupil's learning experience at the school, including the encouragement of positive, behaviour, social and emotional skills
7 To create resources to support children’s learning needs,as required
8 Comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety, welfare, security,confidentiality
9 Assist with the supervision of students out of lesson times and accompany school trips and other out of school activities with the teacher as required
10 Take initiative and assist the school wherever possible

Minimum qualifications and experience required
1 Bachelor’s Degree or above, education or subject related major preferred.
2 Teaching Qualification issued by Education Bureau
3 Strong verbal and written communications skill in Chinese and English
4 Computer literacy
5 Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
6 Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
7 Ability to communicate clearly with pupils and others
8 Ability to lead tasks and activities with groups of pupils
