Major Responsibilities: 1) Purchasing order management with suppliers (PO releasing, monitor delivery plan and shipments). 2) Coordinate the shipping inspection at suppliers. 3) Manage the delivery logistics (coordinate the container booking, loading and consolidation, related documents, settle local charges). 4) Proceed supplier payment documents and follow up. 5) Manage supplier delivery performance.
Key Qualifications 1) Bachelor degree, major in International Trade, English, or Business related. 2) Above 2 years work experience in international trade business (外贸跟单工作经验). 3) Good knowledge of import & export shipping process (booking, SO, customs declaration etc.), familiar with business documents (PI, CI, PL, COO etc..). 5) Strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented. 6) Skilled in MS Office software. 7) Fluent English in reading and writing.
