Keep monitoring process quality control and quality status, ensuring the normal production. Assure the quality of finish goods before delivery to customers. Solve in-process quality issues in the product lines. For the non-conformities and customer complaints, initiate the root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Manage quality control plan, ensure consistency and effectiveness of QF/PFMEA/***/Inspection sheet. Manage the FQC&PQC team. Take lead and provide the suggestions for quality improvement based on internal and external cross function collaboration. Follow up the actions to be implemented and monitor the results.
Qualifications 1, Degree of Bachelor or above in engineering of well-known University. 2, 5+ year working experience of quality management or quality control. 3, Expertise on quality methodology, eg, FMEA, 8D, DOE, MSA 4, Excellent in communication and sense of responsibility. 5, Strong working background in advance manufacturing field. 6, Fluent in English.
