Major responsibilities: 1. Develop supplier base based on TPP project requirements, including supplier selection, supplier release and supplier development, manage entire supply base development from phase-in to end-of-life / phase-out. 2. Responsible for business negotiations with suppliers, signing purchase contracts, and following up on contract execution; 3. Regularly evaluate suppliers to ensure that they meet the company's requirements in terms of quality, delivery time, price, and service; 4. Follow up on the product development & qualification progress, promptly resolve issues during product development, trial run by collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. 5. Cooperating with cross functional project team for new project launch, and ensure timely product launch and delivery of orders in mass product phase; 6. Responsible for product price update and maintenance, and fully in charge of the negotiation with suppliers for all commercial terms to fulfill business & project target. 7. Assist the department head in completing other related work.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in purchasing, project management or related fields is preferred; 2. At least 5 years of experience in Lighting project purchasing, familiar with the purchasing process and relevant Luminaire regulations & certification 3. Possess good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers; 4. Have strong planning execution abilities and problem-solving abilities, able to respond to emergencies; 5. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; 6. Have a team spirit and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure. 7. Strong communication and project management skills. 8. Commercial awareness and strong customer focus. 9. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 10. Good knowledge of SAP. 11. Fluent English in both oral and writing.
