Position Summary
Leading for technical development and ensure technical competency for footwear category to meet the demanding of business strategy
Duties & Responsibilities
Footwear Technical Solution :
1、Engage with BV commercial team to align footwear business needs and lead the technical solution support for footwear category including AME/EMEA/China market:
2、Client/Vendor Seminar/Training arrangement
3、Technical project leader and solution provider (General shoes, safety shoes etc)
4、Client/Vendor visit support
5、Client Service Solution & Package Provider
6、New methods development
7、Technical Issue & Complain (Cross Site)
8、Test Capability Preparation & Readiness for all site
9、New program & protocol development
QHSE
1、Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China.
2、Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.
Skills & Requirements
1、Strong background in technical sciences for footwear category in 3rd party company or related business company
2、Strong knowledge in applicable product safety standards and norms, testing procedures
3、5-10 years of work experiences in product safety/conformity
4、Strong background in product safety, and consumer protection law
5、Good understanding in product development, supply chain management processes
6、Good communication skills (verbal, writing) in English and Mandarin.
