Key Responsibilities 83Schedules and performs routine field service work such as installation and maintenance on assigned territory. 83Performs routine customer call, visit and implement repair to make sure the instrument works well. 83The position also responsible for installation and alignment of demo units to the selected potential buyers on their sites to guarantee the high quality of the demo 83Communicates any product malfunction issues to the appropriate associates, and do the right trouble shooting either independently or via instruction by supervisor. 83Interfaces and works closely with territory sales personnel and Field Applications Specialist to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Requirements 83B.Sc./B.A. Degree, Electronics or similar specific Diploma. 83Excellent communicator and great ability to build good relationship with customers 83Strong customer focus and good at problem solving. 83Well organized with excellent self-learning skills. 83Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. 83Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. 83Self-motivated team-player. 83At least two years working experience on service engineer in the life science or clinical diagnostic industry is desired.
