4.关务协调：
61 处理与大件、特种柜和危险品相关的清关问题，与进出口部门及海外合作方沟通协调，确保通关顺利。
61 管理相关单证的申请与审核，确保文件的完整性和准确性。
5.现场操作支持：
61 协助监督项目现场的操作，特别是大件货物、特种柜的装卸、运输安排及危险品的特殊处理。
61 及时解决现场出现的问题，确保操作流程顺畅。
6.团队合作与支持：
61 提供技术支持和培训，协助团队提升在大件货、特种柜及危险品操作方面的技能。
61 配合团队其他成员，确保项目顺利完成。
7.美国本地物流经验优先：
61 优先考虑具有美国本地物流操作经验，包括仓储、地面操作、清关和自由贸易区经验的候选人，特别是在大件货物和危险品运输方面。

岗位要求：

61 大专及以上学历，物流、国际贸易、工程管理或相关专业。
61 至少1-2年国际物流项目经验，尤其是大件货、特种柜和危险品的操作经验。
61 熟悉国际物流操作流程和法规，特别是危险品运输规定。
61 良好的英语能力，能作为工作语言。
61 持有报关员资格证书优先。
61 能适应高压环境，具备较强的解决问题能力和组织协调能力。
61 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件，尤其是Excel。

Project Coordinator (International Logistics)

Responsibilities:

1.Logistics Operations for Engineering Projects:
61 Manage import/export operations for oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials, including documentation, system updates, ledger management, and report generation.
61 Ensure compliance with international and domestic standards and regulations, especially for oversized and hazardous cargo.
2.Logistics Solutions and Quoting:
61 Assist in preparing bidding documents and participate in designing logistics solutions for overseas engineering projects, focusing on oversized, specialized, and hazardous cargo.
61Support daily project cost assessments and negotiations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and feasibility.
3.Transportation Process Management:
61 Monitor and coordinate the transport process, tracking each stage of oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials to ensure safety and timeliness.
61 Identify potential risks, particularly those related to oversized and hazardous cargo, and develop mitigation strategies.
4.Customs Coordination:
61 Handle customs clearance for oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials, coordinating with import/export departments and international partners to ensure smooth clearance.
61 Manage documentation applications and reviews, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
5.On-site Operations Support:
61Assist in supervising on-site operations for projects, including loading, transportation arrangements for oversized cargo and specialized containers, and handling hazardous materials.
61 Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain smooth operational workflows.
6.Team Collaboration and Support:
61Provide technical support and training to enhance team skills in handling oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials.
61 Work closely with other team members to ensure project success.
7.Preferred U.S. Local Logistics Experience:
61 Candidates with U.S. local logistics experience, including warehousing, ground operations, customs clearance, and FTZ experience, particularly in oversized and hazardous cargo, will be preferred.

Requirements:

61Associate degree or above in logistics, international trade, engineering management, or related fields.
61At least 1-2 years of experience in international logistics, particularly with oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials.
61 Familiarity with international logistics procedures and regulations, especially for hazardous materials.
61 Proficiency in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
61 Customs broker certification is preferred.
61 Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
61 Basic knowledge of WMS, SAP, or Oracle systems.ed by the project.
