岗位职责：
1. Support regional sales activities and medical operations to ensure compliance with local law and corporate policies with proper monitoring & reporting mechanism.
2. Conduct compliance investigations and deliver investigation report.
3. Update management on key legislative & corporate compliance policy development and deliver compliance trainings to employees.
岗位要求：
1. At least 4 years working experience.
2. Experience in policy and procedure development and management.
3. Excellent communication skill & interpersonal skill.
4. Good influencing skill, able to be firm but also supportive.
5. Can work in English environment (the working language is Chinese and English) Learning agility.
