Job Description: Organize and implement marketing plans for the group to support related promotional campaign and achieve business target; Develop and implement online and offline sales events and products promotions to drive traffic sales in both retail stores. Work closely with merchandising and retail operation teams to ensure effectiveness of optimize visual merchandising strategies including compelling in-store displays, signage and promotional materials; Plan and manage CRM campaigns to improve member acquisition, retention, and other business objectives; Implement and support O2O Strategies to develop customer communications via omni-channels for CRM program, including shop level, website, mobile App, eDM, SMS as well as internal and external platforms; Manage the content for both internal communications material, external social media platform and our e-platforms and APP; Manage and grow marketing partnerships with key contacts including media, shopping malls , banks and payment companies; Liaise with agency to implement marketing campaigns including creative and content development, digital strategies, SME, programmatic and network buys Generate new ideas for marketing activities to optimize customer's awareness and engage with potential customers.
Job Requirements: Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related fields; At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising and Corporate Communications; With strong exposure in FMCG/Retail industry is highly preferred; Familiar with both dynamic online and offline marketing/advertising strategies With working experience in managing CRM and loyalty program; Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organized, result-oriented and multi-tasking; Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua); Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing; Able to work under fast paced environment.
