Job Objective: The PMO role is to support the company's strategic objectives by maintaining the management governance structure, overseeing business projects, and fostering employee engagement. This function plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, effective decision-making, and a positive work environment.
Principal Responsibilities: 1. Company-level meeting management a. Coordinate and schedule regular company-level meetings, ensuring timely and efficient execution. b. Develop meeting agendas, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. c. Monitor the progress of meetings and provide support to participants to optimize meeting outcomes. 2. Business project tracking and data analysis a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and timelines. b. Conduct regular data collection, analysis, and tracking to ensure activities rollout as planned c. Involve in SOP establishment and reporting to provide insights on project performance and areas for improvement. 3. Employee engagement a. Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and enhance overall job satisfaction. b. Collaborate with HR and other departments to drive cultural development and align employee efforts with company values. c. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to support employee growth and development.
Job Requirement: 1. Business or management relevant degree from a recognized university. 2. 1-3 year working experience in project management, management trainee, or business analysis in big company. 3. Consulting or market analysis experience would be highly preferred. 4. Strong interpersonal skill. 5. Good written and oral communication in both English and Mandarin. Cantonese skill is a plus. 6. Well organized and multitasking capability. 7. Basic understanding of finance is a plus.
