East Asia Digital Information Services (Guangdong) Limited, established in 2002, provides back-office support on Technology and Operations services to cater for the growth needs of the Bank’s Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and overseas operations. Responsibilities: 1) Be a team member of Project Management & Services Department 2) Analyze business processes and requirements to design and develop RPA solutions 3) Build, test, and implement RPA solution 4) Integrate RPA systems with various enterprise applications and data sources 5) Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize and maintain RPA implementations 6) Provide technical support and training to end-users 7) Work closely with team members in Hong Kong to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements: 1) University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines 2) Minimum of 3 years working experience in full system development cycle projects, of which at least 2 years for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 3) Possesses hands-on experience on UiPath or other leading RPA tools 4) Good understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies 5) Experience in VBA scripting and K2 workflow implementation is preferred 6) Knowledge of test automation tools, web services, APIs, and database integration is preferred 7) Sound communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills 8) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 9) A good team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, mature, independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
