Job Summary Data Solution Service team design, develop, and support applications on bank’s big data platform. We have following role open in Tianjin office:
Responsibilities Elicit data requirements from stakeholders and analyse them by applying structured methodologies Owner of requirement document: prepare the document, collect input, get sign-off, and track the changes Owner of data testing: prepare the testing case, conduct testing, and support business user on final user acceptance testing Act as data SME (subject matter expert), team with tech lead to propose and implement the solutions on big data platform Carry the data operator role to support on-going data quality issues identification and resolution Contribute or lead data analytic practice and may participate in the development of reporting and data analytic applications May carry project management officer role in coordinate project delivery in some cases with support from development team and project manager
People & Talent Working experience in banking industry and is familiar with financial products SQL experience is a must and programming experience in at least 1 programming language such as Java, Python, etc Strong communication skills including English speaking and writing Customer-focused approach and attention to details. A team player; multi-culturally aware with proven success working with cross-functional project teams in global service delivery model (with onshore and offshore resources) A good understanding of SDLC and business process improvement.
