· Work closely with business users and IT partners in business requirement gathering, functional/solution design.
· Implement and support digital customer user end to end journey.
· Create user stories and line up application teams to come out the IT solution according to the user requirements.
· Requirement prioritization, sprint planning with business and IT, manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Minimum Job Requirements:6969
61 3-5 years BA experience above on IT related projects. Has experience in Agile working model.
61 Comprehensive knowledge of software development process, including agile working model and waterfall model.
61 Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment (onshore and offshore)
61 Analytical and problem-solving skills
61 Master the test management and defect tool (JIRA is plus)
61 Fluent Cantonese speaking. Oral English speaking
61 Have experience in insurance industry a plus.
61 Heave facilitation experience with Business Partners.
61 Advanced knowledge of and ability to perform analyses such as GAP analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, risk analysis and requirements gathering.
61 Have Testing management experience is plus.
