主要职责：
1、担任技术负责人，对MNO（移动网络运营商）网络现代化或新部署项目的询问和RAN RFI/RFP作出回应；
2、在客户与内部产品和开发团队之间进行联络，为内部团队提供咨询，同时向客户展示公司的解决方案；
3、根据客户RFI/RFP和询问准备高质量的提案、演示文稿和投标文件，并领导与客户就提案进行后续技术讨论；
4、收集和记录客户要求，定期对其进行消化和优先排序，以便内部共享和讨论；提出并影响产品路线图的决策，以适应近期项目需求和长期市场趋势；
5、与生态系统合作伙伴和客户密切合作，探索和跟进机会渠道；
6、协调外部和内部各方之间的技术沟通；
7、根据需要协助管理层进行内部分析和报告。
职位要求：
1、电子或电信工程学位或同等学历；
2、至少5年移动通信（电信）行业工作经验；
3、在RAN产品和系统的开发、解决方案设计、配置和维护方面的实践经验受到高度重视；
4、独立、自我激励、责任心强；
5、良好的演讲和沟通技巧；
6、良好的时间管理和任务优先级；
7、英语和普通话流利。

Key Responsibilities:

1.Act as technical lead to provide response to inquiries and RAN RFI/RFP from MNO (Mobile Network Operator) Network modernization or new deployment projects;
2。Liaise in between customers and internal product and development teams, provide consultancy to the internal teams while presenting company's best solution to the customers;
3。Prepare high quality proposals, presentation and bid documents according to customer RFI/RFP and enquiries, and lead follow up technical discussions with customers on the proposals;
4.Collect and document customer requirements, digest and prioritize them on regular basis for internal sharing and discussion; propose and influence the decision of product roadmap to fit the near-term project requirement and long-term market trend;
5.Work closely with the eco-system partners and customers to explore and follow up opportunities pipelines;
6.Assist in the technical communication between external and internal parties;
7.Assist management on internal analysis and reports as needed.

Job Requirements :

1.Degree in Electronic or Telecom Engineering or equivalent;
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in mobile communication (Telecom) industry;
3.Hands on experience with RAN products and systems, in terms of development, solution design, configuration and maintenance are highly valued;
4.Independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
5.Good presentation and communication skill;
6.Good time management and task prioritization;
7.Fluent in English and Mandarin.
