岗位职责：
1.To deliver all assigned tasks for the attainment of operating targets and maximum productivity;
完成所有分配的任务，以达成运营目标并实现高效率完成任务；
2.To execute all processes in accordance with the regulatory guidelines, the Bank’s operational procedures and risk management policies;
根据监管的指引、银行的营运操作流程及风险管理政策实施所有操作；
3.Ensures all financial transactions are posted duly and accurately.
确保所有融资交易按时并准确地处理；
4.Supports service delivery that is in line with the demand statements.
按照需求报表提供相应的服务支持；
5.Prepares and maintains documentation and credit information in good quality to protect the Bank’s interest in lending business;
高质量地准备和维护文件和信贷信息，在贷款业务中保障银行利益；
6.Delivers best-in-class services to customers, business units and other stakeholders including the solicitors, credit bureaus and regulator;
为客户、业务部门和其他持份者（包括律师、信贷信息管理局和监管机构）提供合适的服务；
7.Handles both internal and external customers’ enquiries relating to own area of operations;
处理内部和外部客户各自所属领域的操作需求/请求；
8.Processes all instructions within the SLA and in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and internal control standards;
根据服务承诺协议以及银行的流程和内控标准处理所有指令;
9.Reviews transactions, maintenance, reports and other outputs as Checker and follows up the irregularity (if any).
作为复核员审查交易、维护、报告和其他产出工作，并跟进违规行为（如有）。
10.Participates in project implementation;
参与项目执行；
11.Identifies best practice opportunities and applies in day-to-day operations.
发现实践机会并参与日常运作。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, with priority given to majors in finance, economics, and business administration;
本科或以上学历，金融、经济、工商管理专业优先考虑；
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in banking industry and1-2 years’ relevant working experience in lending operations at supervisory level;
至少3年银行业工作经验及2年贷款运营的管理层相关工作经验；
3.Possess general banking experiences with job knowledge in loan / credit administration operation and financial services for corporate / personal customers in a cross-functional department;
具备贷款/信贷管理运营经验，并拥有为公司/个人客户提供跨部门金融服务等一般银行经验和工作知识
4.Able to work under high pressure and complete the assigned tasks within the schedules;
能够在高压下工作，并在时间表内完成分配的任务；
5.Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented;
具备独立工作能力、自我激励能力并注重细节；
6.A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
良好的团队合作精神，具有较强的人际交往和沟通能力；
7.Possess strong risk awareness;
具有较强的风险意识；
8.Thorough MS Office knowledge and with a logical and analytical sense of mind;
具备扎实的MS Office知识，良好的逻辑和分析能力；
9.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
具备良好的中英文读写和表达能力，同时普通话流利者更好。
