Lead and manage cost-saving projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals are met within specified timelines and budgets. 5. Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements. 6. Provide training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools. 7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by organizing workshops, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and promoting employee engagement in improvement initiatives. 10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, communicating project progress, achievements, and recommendations.
Requirement: 1、Bachelor’s degree & Business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field， A Master’s degree is preferred. 2、At least 5 years Proven experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, process optimization, or a related field in FMCG industry.
