岗位职责: · Generate the business strategy and commercial plan for CR&TT channel of the responsible brand, organize/influence regional TM and sales team to deliver the result · Plan and manage market expense to achieve ROI target · Support sales growth with planning and executing various promotion programs. · Develop effective and efficient promotion and POSM material in CR&TT channel. · Enable regional marketing team to be best-in-class in execution · Deliver the company top line and bottom line targets with sustainability 任职要求: · Intellectual,thirst for delivering great results · Hands-on mindset, strong believer in execution · Good mathematics and numerical skill, strong analytical skill, and critical thinking · Proven brand building track record via trade marketing · An early trend adopter or well-aware of latest trend, esp. in brand marketing related · Eager to build on other ideas and excellent communication skill Education: Degree holder Language: Fluency in English & Chinese Experience: 5 years or above solid FMCG trade marketing or Brand marketing or sales experiences, at least 1 year CR&TT channel experience.
