---THE POSITION--- The Upper Elementary and Secondary School Athletics and Activities Coordinator is responsible for initiating and implementing the athletics and activities program for upper elementary and secondary school students. They will collaborate with the Athletics and Activities Assistant for Lower Elementary School, manage day-to-day operations, conduct risk assessments, and schedule staff and faculty sign-up. ---KEY RESPONSIBILITIES---
61 Initiate the development and implementation of the athletics and activities program for Upper Elementary and Secondary School, including vendor-based programming throughout the year. 61 Work collaboratively with the Athletics and Activities Assistant for Lower Elementary School to streamline programming, systems, procedures, and timelines throughout the school year. 61 Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Upper Elementary and Secondary School After school program. 61 Conduct risk assessments and schedule Staff & faculty sign-up for the Upper Elementary and Secondary School after-school activities. 61 Assist with the implementation of the Secondary athletics and activities program as directed by the Director of Athletics and Activities. 61 Collaborate with the Director of Athletics and Activities to develop and implement vendor-based programming for weekend and holiday camps. 61 Liaise with the School Services department to arrange transportation after school and for athletic events. 61 Liaise with the Facility department to book rooms and facility set up and take down requirements. 61 Collect feedback and conduct the evaluation of athletics and activities program. 61 Liaise with finance and operations to develop service agreements, vendors, and suppliers. 61 Manage the Verocross registration portal and student registration system and procedures. 61 Liaise and communicate with vendors, staff, faculty, and parents about the systems, processes, and procedures of the program. 61 Manage the budget, purchase the supplies, and reconcile activities supply. 61 Able to work evenings and some weekends. 61 Perform other duties as required by the Director of Athletics and Activities.
