II. Roles and Responsibilities
Sales & Operational Oversight: 84 Supervise all facets of branch sales and operational activities, including import/export processes, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation services, where applicable. 84 Formulate and implement streamlined operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce expenses. 84 Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Financial Oversight 84 Develop and manage the branch budget, tracking expenses and revenue to meet profitability goals. 84 Implement cost-effective strategies to improve financial performance. 84 Generate regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management review.
Team Leadership: 84 Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of freight forwarding professionals. 84 Direct the sales team's activities, set performance targets, and monitor their achievements. 84 Establish clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback to facilitate employee growth. 84 Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Client Engagement: 84 Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns. 84 Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. 84 Seek and secure new business opportunities to expand the branch's client base. 84 Ensure outstanding customer service and strive to exceed client expectations.
Regulatory Compliance and Safety: 84 Ensure the branch complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. 84 Promote a culture of operational excellence and responsible work practices within the branch.

III. Education and Experience requirements 61 Bachelor degree. Major in global logistics, supply chain, international business, transportation or relevant field is plus. 61 Minimum 10 years relevant logistics industry (Air or Ocean) and freight forwarding experience. 61 Minimum 5 years in management experience. 61 Knowledge of procedures for international and domestic freight, trucking and warehouse services. 61 Dangerous Goods awareness 61 knowledgeable on CW
