AAB Co. Ltd SALES MANAGER General: - to be leader of all AAB global sales in 40 countries - to take responsibility to achieve sales targets set every years in total, for each country and each customer. - lead sales team of 8 staffs inc. guidance, set priorities, solve problems , develop new countries, new customers. Requirements: 61 Maintain old customers, and use all kinds of sales platforms to develop new customers 61 Analysis market data, create sales target and make strategies to fulfill it 61 Manage independently sales team including Development for new items and OEM’s 61 Cooperate with other departments
Qualifications: 61 Residency and work permit in GZ. 61 Proven successful experience in International sales 61 Proven experience in International sales of consumer and fashion goods, preferably Jewelry 61 Preferably experience and familiar also with ONLINE sales 61 Foreign languages: English a MUST, preferably other foreign languages like French, Spanish 61 Proven experience in managing sales team 61 Very strong sense and orientation of achieving sales results 61 Independent, goals oriented, creative, dynamic, initiative-taking person. 61 “Hungry Sales animal” 61 Must: travelling abroad 3-4 times /year
