岗位职责: Main Tasks: 1. Support Sr. Marketing manager to achieve business targets and margin development of PE grades - Implement “Product Wheel” based on qualification & market needs and prepare business plan (customer / segment). - Support Monthly S&OP decisions for PE portfolio and optimize PE grade campaigns. Responsible for product volume allocation - Develop distributor and customer contracts including pricing model and performance review. - Monitor and reduce fixed costs and develop the most optimized customer / grade segmentation for best profitability. - Prepare and track KPIs (Sales Volume, cCM1, cost to serve etc.) and support sales team to achieve business targets. - Develop Industry & Product knowledge (incl. market studies) for strategic marketing initiatives and cluster strategy. - Actively contribute to investment projects by providing market information, developing & implementing business plans, manage customer approval process and ramp up the new asset with guidance from CP management. - Support the set up for export sales channel and business model as needed. 2. Lead PE Marketing events and engagement execution - Responsible for organizing PE events and activities (ex: Chinaplas). - Close collaboration with qualification labs, universities to ensure certification of our PE grades. 3. Manage new business opportunity - Lead to identify potential applications / convertors in Asia market - Lead to benchmark product quality, costs, and logistic performance to the competitive alternatives. - Follow up on potential cases and collaborate with customers to drive and track the progress until commercialization. 4. Joint Targets - Sales: Execute PE business plans and SBU strategy at a customer level - Operations: Align product campaigns to ensure best throughput by deploying minimum catalyst changeovers - Supply Chain: Provide input for transformation of customer focussed business models (ex: E-commerce etc.)
任职要求: Requirements: - Masters / bachelor’s in chemistry / Industrial & Applied Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related area - > 5 years of marketing or product management experience in PE/Plastics Industry / Chemical Industry - Experience in customer management, contract preparation & negotiations, business steering - Strong strategic and analytical skill set to develop business concepts. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve business growth and develop new opportunities. - Good communication level in English, proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
