岗位职责: Main Tasks: - Responsible for achieving the sales target for HDPE products in South China with value sales mindset - Keep good relationship with key customers and channel partner, actively communicate with them, manage customer’s expectations. - Actively communicate with marketing colleagues, deliver latest market information and customer feedback to product manager, give proposals on pricing / sales volume for South China market on time. - Communicate with supply chain team actively, give proposals on supply mode and inventory level. Support supply chain team to keep delivery on time. - Support the new business development in the sub-regions, especially South China market to expand the customers base and deliver solid business results - Support team members to achieve their individual sales targets.
任职要求: Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry, business - Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the plastics industry, with a focus on Polyolefins or related products is prefer - Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing distributor channels - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. - Willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
