How You'll Help Us Connect the World 1. Provide technical supports to clients for the acquisition, usage and installation of company provided desktop and portable workstations, peripherals, mobile devices as well as company standard operating systems and software. Track client service requests in internal help ticket tracking system and follows up with clients to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordinate referrals for more complex issues to next support tier and/or external resources. 2. Support the installation, troubleshoot and usage of wired and wireless Local Area Networks under the direction of the Networks team. This includes identify user requirements, monitor LAN performance and perform network security management. 3. Support the installation, troubleshoot and usage of communication systems. Typical communication systems included PBX, Voicemail, video/web/voice conferencing and mobile phone service support. 4. Design, implement, and operate server rooms and computing infrastructure running in the region. This includes servers, storage, operating systems, data backup, WAN, LAN, PBX and other related IT technology throughout the region. Work closely with corporate IT teams to ensure the designs, implementations and operations are in according to corporate direction, standards and practices. 5. Respond to client requests by diagnosing and resolving reported system issues. Escalate more complex problems to other technical support teams and/or outside vendors. Techinical support may involve providing on-site and/or remote support. 6. Provide technical trainings to IT Staffs and user trainings to end users of implemented IT technologies. 7. Research new and upcoming technologies, identify and recommend where and how it may improve existing processes or enhance overall productivity. Conduct technical demonstrations if needed. 8. Act as a team member for special assignments within the department, 9. supporting global IT initiatives and project implementations.
Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration 1. Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Information Systems with at least 1 year related experiences 2. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 3. Ability to work independently 4. Up to date knowledge of information technology systems, networking concepts. 5. Strong interpersonal and staff supervising skills 6. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects
