工作职责: Problem Solving, Fact Finding & Analysis 1. Drives plan to resolve Data Services issues escalated from team member. Uses data to present ideas, concerns and solutions. 2. Proactively obtain information and/or assistance from peers, mentors, subject matter experts and Functional Director team to resolve more complex and difficult issues. 3. Identifies actions that need to be taken and proceeds to resolution. 4. Uses existing processes, SOPs, related work instructions and study specific guidance and documentation to mentor Data Services employees’ tasks and responsibilities. 5. Contribute to SOP / WI development Impact 1. Contributes towards process improvement at data service. 2. Inconsistent approaches across studies and direct reports can lead to a poor quality product, potentially affecting multiple studies. 3. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will negatively impact the quality of the trial data, possibly resulting in critical delays and budget impacts that have the potential to damage the sponsor relationship. 4. Errors in readership and mentoring may cause increased turnover 5. Lack of good leadership will result in failure to meet team goals

Understands interrelation of data service and across the full clinical trial process. 4. Ability to identify and hire strong candidates through hiring processes with limited guidance. 7. Able to assess the hours required for multiple projects and assign them to staff 8. Comprehensive knowledge of WuXi CDS SOPs, WIs, and other policies and processes required by functional managers Supervision Given / Received 1. Identifies issues with upper management direction. 2. Develops solutions with limited supervision. 3. May require assistance on day to day management tasks including resourcing, hiring, and staff management. 4. Will require assistance handling serious issues in project and team performance
任职资格: 1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industry-related clinical research. 2. Good written and oral communication skills. 3. Read, write and speak English; Fluent in host country language. 4. Some experience of virtual team leadership. 5. Demonstrated experience with data management tools, regulatory compliance (e.g. International Conference on Harmonization (ICH)-Good Clinical Practices (GCP)), project scheduling and resource management, coordinating and scheduling team activities. 6. Demonstrated ability in leading development initiatives to successful conclusion 7. Familiar with clinical development processes and terminology.
