Summary: This position will work closely with the project team members from various business functions in cross-countries and cross regions, serving as a facilitator and leader who is accountable for the successful delivery of the large projects, within the expected budget, timeline, and scope. Responsibilities: 61 Project Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed project plans to ensure timely and quality completion. 61 Project Execution and Management: Organize and lead project teams, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and tasks. Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report to stakeholders. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines. Facilitate communication and collaboration. 61 Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement quality control measures, conduct reviews and audits, and address deviations. Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies. 61 Industry Knowledge and Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement effective project management methodologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications: 61 Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry project management experience. 61 Proven track record of successfully managing high-complex & large-scale projects, preferably in the supply chain domain. 61 Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels within organization from various regions/countries. 61 Fluent in English for seamless communication with international teams. 61 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 61 Relevant project management certification preferred, especially in PMP, PgMP, P2, MSP,etc.
