ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述 The M4.0 Assistant Automation Project Manager is a critical role to support new technology applications for automation, RPA, AI and other add-on systems. This role also supports progress of the ongoing projects planning and execution. The Manufacturing 4.0 Assistant Automation Project Manager collaborates with suppliers and other functions as required to manage projects progress and explore new technologies to address pain points for improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责
● Project management - Management for specific priority projects and proactively manage ongoing portfolio ● Communications - Drive projects cross-functionally and proactively support best practise sharing globally ● Collect development requirements from different functions and proactively work with suppliers for near and long term solutions ● Report on the project progress and deliverables to leaders and key stakeholders. ● Organize regular review meetings for the project status review ● Assist manager to build an effective organization and support team to achieve a higher level of performance. ● Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and security policies and procedures.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING IN FOR YOU 岗位要求
● Bachelor’s degree in engineering or commensurate training and work experience with demonstrated technical expertise across a range of products, manufacturing and data systems technologies ● Minimum 5 years related work experience - areas relevant to program management, data systems technologies, operations, process improvements, and problem solving ● Strong program and project management, using agile and PDCA approach ● Excellent organizational skills ● Proactive communications in verbal and written form ● Effective collaboration and influence leadership ● Basic business acumen ● Ability to travel when required to support business ● Adapt to the new technology
