工作职责: General Description The Site Manager is responsible for the overall activities to ensure the professional installation of an automated material handling system on GuangZhou T3 project. The Site Manager is a member of a bigger project team. Depending on the size and scale the SM will have supervisors to assist him on site. After the Material handing system migrate from project phase to service phase, this Site manger response for leading site service team delivery service to Airport operation and maintenance team, manage the service activities according to Service contract; Job Description in Project Phase : 61 Leads and manages the on-site installation team, including several supervisors on projects. 61 Manages all installation related activities until handover to customer. 61 Responsible to organise all HSE related activities on site. 61 Draws up the project “installation” project plan containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations in consultation with Project manager. 61 Monitor and manage quality, time, costs, and provision of information. 61 Identifies and analyses (potential) problems / risks and opportunities and initiates adequate corrective and preventive actions. 61 Manages the interaction of site work with all stake holders. 61 Advises and manages the contracts of steelwork, E&M subcontractors. 61 Ensure the PM2.0 processes within the project. 61 Perform quality checks on installation and these processes. 61 Proper reporting to customer, PM and head office 61 Responsible for working within specified budgets, including installations, housing, travel and local transport of own staffing 61 Responsible for creating a safe working environment 61 Gives detailed feedback and weekly site reports about progress, quality, HSE, budgets and other topics. 61 Safety officer and first aid assistant Job Description in Service Phase 61 Follow up problems solving and open issues until final resolved. 61 Continuous improvement of Baggie Handling System performance. 61 Regular submit monthly/weekly/Quarterly KPI reporting to customer and company 61 Direct streamline communication with the customer to ensure maximum synergy between operations of the Baggie Handling System in Guangzhou Airport; 61 Response and follow up with Service Center in Shanghai and Global service desk for site troubleshooting, Root Course Analysis, solution implementation and summarized report 61 Response and follow up 3rd Party Supplier for spare parts, troubleshooting, Health Check and final solution implementation. 61 budget AR controlling, including cost, Contribution Margin, invoice, payment status 61 Service Team management for Site Maintenance staff’s development, motivation driving, performance improving. 61 EHS Management for Site Asset, Employees, Environment as well as Security 61 Site Service Business development support, co-work with Sales on business potential development, solution proposal, quotation, order intake, etc 任职资格: Education/Qualification & Experience 61 Tertiary education (mechanical, electrical or mechatronics, automation, IT) 61 Minimum 6 years’ experience in leading a big site-based team. 61 Experience in project planning. 61 Experience in working in MHS/BHS projects.
