Main responsibilities

● Accountable for fabric on time delivery and quality control, assisting TR1/TR2 in bulk fabric related problem solving.
● Aligned with global market to made monthly/seasonal greige booking plan, tracking on status and adjusting greige plan to ensure inventory in healthy level and meet market demands.
● Responsible for TR2 vendor map management and in charge of performance evaluation.
● Build up quick response order process to support business growth and market needs.
● Work with TR2 to build lab test certificate and color FCA,
● Continuous improving on leadtime, MCQ, cost optimization and color/quality consistency.
● In charge of TR2 lab test certification and colorist certification.
● Lead the team to achieving team targets and develop team capabilities

Requirements:

● 5~8 year’s material management experience in apparel industry
● Rich knowledge on material product and production process, with experience in apparel brand is plus.
● People management experience and able to work under pressure
● Responsibility& ownership
● A good coordinator and problem solver
● Frequent communication in written and oral English
● Bachelor in textile
