Job Description: 1. Responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted advisor relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, strong renewals and solution growth opportunities. Collaborate cross functionally with sales, Operations, SCM etc. to solve issues. 2. Align our success with customer business initiatives by possessing an unrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping each customer understand their level of maturity through a value framework process. 3. Manage demand based on customer FCST/Order to meet customer’s requirement, balance resources to fulfil customer demand as much as possible & Improve OTDD & customer satisfaction 4. Improve collected customer satisfaction questionnaire to make action plan for improvement. Deal with customer complaint and comfort customer for customer loyalty. 5. Oversee and manage existing client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with customers to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs. 6. Analysis account risk control in order to support sales on target setting and strategy for their own account. a) Customer behaviour analysis by ordering, payment practise and GR status. b) Control FG inventory to minimum E&O risk. c) Tracing late payment to minimum finance risk. d) Prevent customer hold shipment risk. 7. Work closely with different team to coordinate / achieve department goals 8. Dealer/distributor management 9. Overseas warehouse inventory management, good communications between Dealers/overseas warehouse. 10. Working closely with sales/dealers, standard pack sales FCST collection & analysis 11. Support sales representative for certain account related Job Requirement: 1. 7+ years of relevant experience in CS supervisor or order management supervisor. 2. University/post-secondary graduate or above. 3. Experience in Relationship management, order management or customer service role. 4. Excellent SAP/ERP knowledge 5. Experience in order management & logistics /overseas warehouse /dealer management 6. A strategic problem solver with excellent skills, customer driven and able to establish good relationship with assigned customer base. 7. Excellent Data analysis skill for decision making (Excel/PPT etc.) 8. Negotiation skill for convincing customer and factory comply with each other. 9. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
