职责描述：
1、 Set up and manage the R&D team of contact lens products, covering the end-to-end R&D process to ensure product functions are realized and put into the market as planned and generate competitiveness; 建立和组织角膜接触镜产品研发团队，覆盖端到端的研发过程，确保产品功能通过技术研发实现并按计划投入市场并产生竞争力.
2、 Undertake the product demand transformed from household demand, carry out technical feasibility and product safety risk assessment, carry out product optical and structural design, material verification, and process development. Organize
relevant parties to conduct reviews and promote the project to achieve key milestones; 承接由户需求转化而成的产品需求，开展技术可行性和产品安全风险评估，进行产品的光学和结构设计，材料验证，和工艺开发。组织相关方进行评审，推动项目达成各关键里程碑.
3、 Ensure the perfect establishment and effective management of Class III medical device R & D system, so that all kinds of R & D documents, R & D activities and R & D output meet the requirements of medical device regulations and
system; 确保III类医疗器械研发体系的完善建立及有效管理，使得各类研发文件，研发活动及研发输出满足医疗器械法规和体系要求;
4、 Establish a deep understanding of the contact lens industry, establish an effective innovation cooperation network, participate in the formulation of product innovation roadmap, and carry out technical pre-research and patent layout; 建立起角膜接触镜行业的深刻认识，建立有效创新合作网络，参与产品创新路线图的制定，开展技术预研与专利布局；
5、 Other work arranged by the company and superiors. 其他由公司及上级安排的工作。

任职要求：
1、 Master degree or above in optics, optometry, biomedical engineering and other related majors, good understand on the cutting-edge knowledge of optics and ophthalmology industry, passions in the optometry industry; 光学、眼视光学、生物医学工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历，了解光学、及眼科行业前沿知识，热爱眼视光行业；
2、 More than 5 years of medical device or related industry research and development and management experience, 0-1 product development experience in contact lens, intraocular lens or other Class III ophthalmic medical device is preferred; 5年以上医疗器械或相关行业研发和管理经验，有角膜接触镜、人工晶体等III类眼科医疗器械0-1产品开发经验者优先；
3、 Master in optics, corneal biology and other basic principles, familiar with corneal contact lens material characteristics, product design, and production process, strong capability of technical analysis and problem solving; 掌握光学，角膜生物学等基本原理，熟悉角膜接触镜的材料特性，产品设计，以及生产工艺，具备较强的技术分析和解决问题的能力；
4、 Rigorous and meticulous mindset, has good communication and cooperation ability, strong ability to work under pressure, efficient execution and project management ability; 工作严谨细致，具有较好的沟通协作能力、较强的抗压能力、高效的执行力、项目管理能力。
5、 Has strong innovation ability, be able to identify and put forward novel R & D ideas and solutions based on a deep understanding of the industry, through a strong professional network, to discover, promote product innovation and continuous
