Key Responsibilities
Front-End Innovation Leadership
● Oversee all front-end innovation activities within the R&D department in Greater China.
● Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation initiatives.
● Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Innovation Portfolio Management
● Develop and Maintain T&I Roadmap: Collaborate with R&D leaders to create and manage the Technology & Innovation roadmap, adjusting projects as necessary to align with strategic objectives.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-category and cross-functional teams to create synergies and focus on priority areas.
● Idea Pipeline Coordination: Enforce and coordinate the ideation pipeline, ensuring effective communication with R&D, Design, and Category teams across regions.
Cross-Functional and Cross-Regional Alignment
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, industrial design) to align on project goals and priorities.
● Coordinate with regional teams to integrate global perspectives and needs.
● Facilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Technology Development Management
● Manage the end-to-end technology development process.
● Ensure projects are on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
● Align with R&D leadership on resources, identifying and addressing any gaps.
Strategic Planning and Execution
● Develop and implement innovation strategies that align with company objectives.
● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
● Set measurable goals and KPIs for innovation projects.

Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years in innovation management, R&D, or a similar role.
● Skills:
○ Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Proficiency with project management and innovation tools.
○ Strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving innovation initiatives.
○ Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
○ Fluency in English
