JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Hong Kong Senior Finance Manager, the Business Finance Analyst will work together with the HK Finance Team to support the Hong Kong business and Asia Shared Services Centre by managing the day-to-day finance operations and other financial planning needs.
The ideal candidate will be a good problem solver and communicator. The role requires the candidate to have a finance background and could be worked independently.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Perform month end review for Hong Kong entities and monitor all the B/S and P&L items 61 Perform month end, half year & year end closing tasks for non-SSC managed entities supported by Hong Kong Business Finance 61 Help to prepare monthly cash flow forecast for JV companies in HK 61 Prepare and monitor the intercompany recharges 61 Responsible for the update, reconcile and review of regional reports when required 61 Responsible to prepare consolidation reports and gather the information for Asia specific analysis 61 Assist to answer the queries and follow up the ad-hoc tasks from Group/Division 61 Work with Finance team in preparing the monthly forecast, annual budget and 3-year plan 61 Assist in preparing various management reports and analysis 61 Assist to update finance policies and ensure the compliance of existing policies and procedures 61 Assist SSC on queries from audit and tax department 61 Assist in completing various statutory reports
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
