The BSA for Enterprise Systems will support and evolve Deckers Regional business capabilities in the functional area of order management, Warehouse and Supply Chain areas. He/she will liaise with business partners to support the company’s strategic goals of delivering growth, increasing speed-to-market, and driving an engaging omni-channel consumer experience. The position will be involved in the company’s dynamic evolution of its end-to-end supply chain, order management and fulfilment processes and systems that support Deckers omni-channel business model. Continuous application system improvements will align with the Company’s strategic imperatives of speed-to-market, inventory management, and consumer engagement. Refining of the ideas into user stories and tasks, analysing the enhancements, functional design to drive the development and delivery of new functions/system to support business, role would require working with teams in multiple regions. This will include EBS order management, order fulfilment, supply chain, inventory management and other related functions. Ensure the business requirements are properly captured by IT team in his/her area. Able to analyze problems and provide coherent solutions to both users and management. Work with internal and external IT team (Global IT team & vendors) to define and delivering technology solutions, create spec documents, define workarounds, test, and implement actions to resolve problems. This will include the ability to troubleshoot all the application related issues for order management/supply chain/3PL as well as demand planning & supply planning. A well-organized self-starter who can drive enhancements and projects and provide solutions to Business problems with minimum supervision. Support the day-to-day work of the Customer Service/logistics/3PL functions by troubleshooting and helping with the enhancements that have been implemented. Effectively able to collaborate with Development, QA Teams, Business Analysts and Business SMEs to deliver and deploy the solution to Production. An efficient communicator with the ability to articulate key technical concepts in clear and concise manner to the Business community. Requirement Analysis: 61 Uses analysis techniques to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements in the appropriate format and then into technical requirements for both enhancements and projects. 61 Once requirements are captured - research and propose solutions to meet the requirements, agreeing the most appropriate solution with the regional users. Solution Design: 61 Core focus on providing enhancement design, design review, configuration whilst conducting functional testing to drive the development and delivery of new functions/system to support business 61 Designs and Delivers system solutions to support both new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within Supply chain across the global organization whilst ensuring that they support the overall company goals and IT strategies. Design should be flexible & Scalable. 61 Actively participates in enhancement planning, projects, workshops or other activities that require input on solution design. 61 Create appropriate design artefacts, working with Development and QA Teams to deliver and deploy the solution to Production. Support Development, QA teams and others for testing: 61 Develop a strong understanding of DECKERS systems and inter-departmental relationships, ensures that all systems implementations/changes take into account any operational impact and work with the teams concerned to appropriately integrate with the company’s order management systems. 61 Assist the user community with process documentation and develop a strong understanding of their processes 61 Responsible for ensuring that requirement specifications and test scripts/scenarios meet user expectations. 61 Responsible for conducting QA testing for all regional enhancement & projects. UAT support: 61 Support UAT Testing, Demos or Show & Tells together with business users to make sure the new enhancement functions meet the business requirement through user acceptance. 61 Assist users in developing any necessary user acceptance testing documentation and/or training material. Post-Production Support: 61 Support the day-to-day work of the Customer Service/logistics/3PL functions by troubleshooting and helping with the changes that have been implemented. 61 Drive project deliverables to ensure a successful implementation and handover to support Education/Certifications: 61 Bachelor of computer science or related subject 61 PMI-PMP is preferred Work Experience: 61 In-depth experience working as a System Analyst on Oracle Supply Chain modules Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory and ATP functions. 61 Strong experience in implementations and independently performing configurations 61 Strong knowledge of all related Supply Chain functions including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, warehousing/3PL, Logistics 61 Strong functional skills in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory and ATP functions
