Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Guangzhou.

Your tasks:

61 The Project Manager is responsible for managing predominantly projects within the business unit in accordance with new product introduction management process requirements. And in accordance with APQP standards, is responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following process: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
61 The Project Manager is responsible:
61 For being involved with the project from GDPIM A1-8.
61 For supporting / managing acquisition activities during GDPIM A1 and 2 phases on a case-by-case basis as agreed with program management director and/or sales management lead.
61 Managing the customer interface from GDPIM Phases A3-8.
61 For interfacing with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.
61 The project manager is responsible to balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost (also known as the “triple constraint”)

Your profile:

61 Education: Bachelor degree in project management, engineering or related technical field required. MBA preferred, although additional business management education / experience will be considered.
61 Language: English proficiency required
61 Experience: At least five years Project Management experience through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing). Six to ten years of experience in the automotive or supplier industry.
