我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的专业人才，从事于我们位于科威特总部正在进行的一些建筑工程项目和室内装修项目的相关的产品和材料的采购。 这个职位以满足科威特和其他中东国家正在进行的项目的需求和要求为工作目标， 需要根据总部工程师团队的要求和指导，快速有效地展开工作， 寻找到到合适的供应商和合适的产品 ， 确保产品和所需材料有价格竞争力的和良好的质量。此外，这个角色需要建立良好的供应商关系，并跟进 所达成交易的采购订单、合同和生产。 此外，这个角色需要与我们的物流团队协调，以确保成品顺利交付，及时到达目的地。
We are looking for an experienced talent specializing in sourcing products and materials that related to construction project ad interior decoration that fit the needs and requirements for the projects ongoing in Kuwait and other middle east countries. Under the guidance from Engineering team from head office, this role is to fulfill the source tasks (meaning find right vendor with right products per required in competitive price and good quality) in quick and efficient way. Moreover, this role needs to build sound vendor relationship and follow up with purchase orders, contracting and production for the deals made. In addition, this role is required to coordinate with our logistic team to ensure smooth delivery of the finished goods to reach the destiny in timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
1. 采购执行
*根据海外项目经理和工程师团队要求， 寻找相关产品和合作供应商；
*及时协调沟通， 确保供应商准确理解采购需求和具体产品；
*执行采购计划， 包括洽谈报价， 对于数量， 付款方式，交货期， 价格， 出口运输方式等予以落实， 并协调总部确认订单并付款；
*跟进采购订单的生产， 验货， 发货及单证等事宜， 确保供应商按时按质交货；
*与物流相关方协调， 确保货品按时到达目的的。
*According to the requirements of overseas project managers and engineer teams, find relevant products and cooperative suppliers.
*Coordinate and communicate in a timely manner to ensure that suppliers accurately understand procurement needs and specific products.
*Execute the purchase plan, including negotiating quotations, implementing quantities, payment methods, delivery dates, prices, export transportation methods, etc., and coordinating with the headquarters to confirm orders and make payments.
*Follow up the production, inspection, delivery and documentation of purchase orders to ensure that suppliers deliver goods on time and with quality.
2. 供应商管理
*寻找、评估和选择可靠的供应商，建立牢固和良好的关系以支持商业伙伴关系;
*协商合同条款、价格甚至品牌分销交易，以***限度地发挥商业价值;
*Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers，build up strong and good relationship to support the commercial partnership.
*Negotiate contract terms, price and even brand distribution deal, to maximize commercial value.
3. 质量控制
*确保采购的材料和服务符合设计标准、项目规范及质量要求。
*解决与材料或服务相关的任何问题或投诉。
*Ensure procured materials and services meet design standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
*Address any issues or complaints related to materials or services.
4. 协作与报告
*与设计团队、项目经理和施工团队协作，确保采购与项目需求无缝对接。
*定期向管理层汇报采购进展及关键绩效指标（KPI）。
*Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and construction teams to ensure procurement aligns seamlessly with project needs.
*Provide regular progress reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
职位要求
Requirements
1. 学历与专业
*本科及以上学历，供应链管理、采购管理、室内设计或相关专业。
*Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Interior Design, or related fields.
2. 经验
*至少10年以上采购经验，具有室内装潢材料和产品相关海外采购经验者优先。
*At least 10 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the interior decoration material purchase and sourcing and exporting experience.
3. 技能
*熟悉采购渠道和市场趋势。
*具备优秀的谈判技巧和供应商管理能力。
*Knowledgeable about procurement and market trends
*Strong negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities.
4. 语言能力
*具备良好的中英文能力，能够处理国际采购业务者优先。
*Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to handle international procurement tasks preferred.
5. 其他
*能适应出差任务, 并根据需要灵活地在项目现场工作。
*具备优秀的沟通能力和良好的人际关系
*Willingness to travel and flexibility to work on project sites as required.
*Excellent communication skills & strong interpersonal skills.
