Position: Finance Manager Department: Finance Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial guidance. This role includes financial planning, reporting, risk management, and improving financial processes to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1.Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. 2.Accounting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Supervise the preparation of financial statements and audits. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. 3.Strategic Planning & Analysis: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. 4.Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their capabilities. Ensure proper training and development programs for financial staff. 5.Liaison with External Parties: Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Manage relationships with financial institutions for funding and investment. Qualifications & Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field. 2.CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred. 3.Minimum of 8-10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. 4.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards. 5.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. 6.Proficiency in SAP and MeiTuan Catering System 7.Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin.
