Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial guidance. This role includes financial planning, reporting, risk management, and improving financial processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Management:
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
2.Accounting & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Supervise the preparation of financial statements and audits.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
3.Strategic Planning & Analysis:
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
4.Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their capabilities.
Ensure proper training and development programs for financial staff.
5.Liaison with External Parties:
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
Manage relationships with financial institutions for funding and investment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2.CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
3.Minimum of 8-10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
4.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
5.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
6.Proficiency in SAP and MeiTuan Catering System
7.Strong communication skills in both English & Mandarin.

任职要求：
1、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、CPA、ACCA、CMA 资格优先考虑。
3、8-10 年以上财务管理经验，至少 3-5 年团队管理经验。
4、熟悉财务法规及会计准则。
5、具备优秀的分析、问题解决及领导能力。
6、熟练使用SAP系统及美团餐饮系统。
7、具备良好的沟通能力，能熟练使用英语和普通话。
