Job Description:
85 Supervision of timely and high-quality Month End Closing, including understanding of business results, root causes of Income, Cost and GMP variances to RFC and OP;
85 Lead Finance Department daily work, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and partners across the Divisions/Departments;
85 Develop and implement Monthly Forecast & Yearly OP including presentations to the AP and Global Leadership team;
85 Well manage CAPEX Plan and support management team to evaluate CAPEX program for business growth;
85 Supervision of Intercompany Transaction and Internal Recharge Process, collaborate with AP & Global team for transfer pricing, customs duty, tax design and other statutory matters;
85 Support Legal Entity apply/renew HNTE (High New Technology Enterprise) and China plants R&D Cost Super Deduction;
85 Continuous process improvement to support Division/Product Line business management;
85 Provide financial advice and recommendation to Senior Management in terms of business result, cost control, GMP analysis, strategic planning, etc.
85 Responsible for compliance of local and corporate accounting policies including finance reporting, tax, cash management, etc.
85 Responsible for company internal control, ensure all departments are well followed Group Policies as well as Procedures in all aspects;
85 Build a strong finance team with daily supervision/ on job coaching and develop talent candidates for future business expansion.


Job Qualification:
85 Bachelor of Finance or above;
85 Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry;
85 Minimum 5 years team management experience;
85 Solid knowledge of Accounting, Tax, and comprehensive Financial Analysis skill;
85 Strong business sense to interpret Financial result to business improvement requirement ;
85 Results and continuous improvement oriented, ability to drive initiatives;
85 Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a challenging environment with multiple stakeholders, mature personality to work under pressure;
85 Independent, meticulous, organized, responsible and good team player;
85 Effective oral and written English communication & presentation skills.
