Job Description: Overview: As a specialist in the Asia Pacific Headquarters' Export Division, you will enhance communication and operational efficiency within the Asia Pacific markets, focusing on export business support. This role provides valuable exposure to market development and operational coordination in a dynamic regional environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Export Business Support: 83 Manage daily operations related to export sales performance, including monitoring shipment schedules, identifying risks, and capturing growth opportunities. 83 Handle monthly shipment forecasts against budget targets to ensure accuracy and minimize fluctuations. 83 Coordinate with the markets’ supply chain on order processing, supply arrangements, and inventory control to facilitate local market operations. 83 Provide customer service support to enhance regional markets satisfaction. 2. Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination: 83 Collaborate with factory sites to ensure efficient supply chain operations for new product launches in regional markets, including logistics, customs clearance, and quality control. 83 Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on export project goals. 83 Assist with special projects such as packaging development for promotional packs and sampling initiatives etc.
Requirements: 61 University degree, preferably in Business or a related field. 61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics support, or project management. 61 Proactive with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
