We are seeking an experienced Opex Procurement Manager to oversee and optimize our operational expenditure procurement processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies for operational expenditures. - Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. - Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure favorable pricing and quality. - Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and align strategies accordingly. - Monitor market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all procurement activities. - Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and performance evaluation. - Prepare reports on procurement activities, savings achieved, and supplier performance metrics.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in procurement, particularly in operational expenditure management. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
