1. Conduct regular on-site assessments and investigations at supplier mills to monitor and enhance compliance with Delta Galil's management systems.
2. Identify and evaluate risks associated with new and existing mills during onboarding and ongoing operations, ensuring alignment with company standards. 3. Partner with t2 (tier 2) suppliers to drive continuous improvement in quality systems, performance, and process optimization. 4. Investigate quality-related incidents by analyzing root causes, conducting follow-up audits, and delivering actionable recommendations for corrective measures. 5. Provide technical guidance and expertise to dyeing mills to resolve challenges in color dipping, dyeing processes, and fabric quality. 6.Support the development and implementation of delta galil’s supplier quality management (sqm) strategies, including process optimization initiatives. 7.Educate and monitor t2 suppliers to ensure compliance with quality audits, certifications, and standards required by end buyers (e.g., iso, customer- specific accreditations). 8. Enrich delta galil’s material library by collaborating with mills to collect material samples, fabric data sheets (fds), and technical documentation. 9.Prepare and present monthly supplier performance scorecards, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Job requirement: 1. Textile engineering or related graduates. 2. Self-motivated, collaborative, confident, integrity and ethical. 3. Decent and professional communications with suppliers. 4. Frequent travel ability across china. 5. Good knowledge on textile manufacturing process and qms. 6. Good english language skills in both writing and speaking. 7. Supplier management experience in material quality assurance roles. 8. Ms office and outlook, computer literate
