Primary Responsibilities

● Act as the bridge between the US office, production teams, factories, and suppliers in China, and other markets.
● Build up and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to deliver an improved supply chain efficiently including greater flexibility, shorter lead times, and quality improvements. Regularly train the garment supplier on Wilson Standards.
● Build up the BOM and samples status on Centric system, Monitor the samples status though Centric
● Work close with the garment suppliers to execute product and/ or material development. Ensure all the proto samples delivery on time, and ensure the prototyping and sampling follow the design briefs provided.
● Drive the samples evaluation at samples stage with QA \Costing team and the vendors, ensure all the samples delivery on best status and meet wilson requirements .
● Lead the bulk hand over meeting, hand over bulk correct tech pack , final samples , comments to the vendor and the related development , ensure hand over to production smoothly .

Required Skills, Experience & Competencies

● Bachelor degree or above, major in related to textiles
● 6 years or above experience of apparel development in brand company
● Cheerful and positive personality, with good ability to analyze and solve problems.
● Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
● Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
