工作职责:
1. 独立处理及协调管理大型项目，使项目顺利实施；；
2. 进行有效的业务开拓和推销服务，寻求并理解客户的要求，；
3. 主动深入了解客户，包括其产品和市场等；从客户的角度，理解企业的问题和需要；
4. 有效与其他部门的专家协作，在适当情况下向客户介绍、引进这些专家；
5. 注重审计专业人才的培养，进行合理的阶梯团队培养。
Duty:
1. Possess professional skills and coordination management ability to independently handle large-scale projects;
2. Possess effective business development and sales service skills, and the ability of seeking while understanding customer requirements,;
3. Proactively understand customers in all directions in depth, including their products and markets; meanwhile, from the customer's perspective, you need to understand the problems and needs of the enterprise;
4. Effectively collaborate with experts from other departments, while introduce and recommend these experts to clients in appropriate circumstances;
5. Pay attention to the cultivation of audit professionals and carry out reasonable ladder team training.
任职资格:
1. 熟悉中国会计准则，具有中国注册会计师或同等水平国外资质；
2. 至少6年及以上金融项目工作经验；
3. 近三年中未发生过重大质量事故，未被政府监管部门或其他相关部门行政处罚；
4. 能遵守CPA职业道德；
5. 具有一定的风险控制意识；
6. 具有良好的管理能力、沟通能力和抗压能力。
Qualification:
1. Be familiar with Chinese accounting standards and possess CPA or equivalent foreign qualifications;
2. At least 6 years of work experience in financial and insurance projects;
3. No major quality accidents have occurred in the past three years, and no administrative penalties have been imposed by government regulatory departments or other relevant departments;
4. Abide by CPA professional ethics;
5. Have a certain level of risk control awareness;
6. Possess good management skills, communication skills and pressure resistance.
