Pay attention to the cultivation of audit professionals and carry out reasonable ladder team training. 任职资格: 1. 熟悉中国会计准则,具有中国注册会计师或同等水平国外资质; 2. 至少6年及以上金融项目工作经验; 3. 近三年中未发生过重大质量事故,未被政府监管部门或其他相关部门行政处罚; 4. 能遵守CPA职业道德; 5. 具有一定的风险控制意识; 6. 具有良好的管理能力、沟通能力和抗压能力。 Qualification: 1. Be familiar with Chinese accounting standards and possess CPA or equivalent foreign qualifications; 2. At least 6 years of work experience in financial and insurance projects; 3. No major quality accidents have occurred in the past three years, and no administrative penalties have been imposed by government regulatory departments or other relevant departments; 4. Abide by CPA professional ethics; 5. Have a certain level of risk control awareness; 6. Possess good management skills, communication skills and pressure resistance.
