工作内容: 1. Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities 2. Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines 3. Works within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools 4. Client follow-up and aid in turning quotes into orders. Process quotes into Orders using ERP 5. Support account managers & SE/ISEs by performing included but not limited to admin-related tasks 6. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise 7. Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate 8. Track account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and account opportunities 9. Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested 10. Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable 11. Build an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS’ customer experience 12.Meet established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities. 13. Works with a moderate degree of supervision 14. Performs other duties as directed.
任职要求: 1. High school diploma 2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software 3. Under 102years of related experience 4. Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes 5. Sufficient understanding of core UL products / services for aligned industry to effectively generate quotes. 6. Experience managing internal systems and data sources 7.Strong communication and administrative skills 8. English proficiency preferred.
