POSITION NARRATIVE:

The Procurement Data Manager is responsible for leading a lean team in collecting, organizing, and managing all data elements, attributes, and systems related to Infinite Commerce’s procurement activities, including supplier information, product catalog, contracts, and spending, to enable better decision-making and optimize procurement processes. The Procurement Data Manager must be a detail-oriented, data-driven leader who can assess current processes, build and effectively deploy new processes, lead others through change, and communicate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders across the globe. The Procurement Data Manager will also play a key role in implementing procurement and product modules of our ERP system, NetSuite, and ensure that existing data is effectively migrated from our existing tools and systems, including Digwin, SQL tables, and Excel spreadsheets. / 采购数据经理负责领导一个精简高效的团队，收集、组织和管理与Infinite Commerce采购活动相关的所有数据元素、属性和系统， 包括供应商信息、产品目录、合同和支出信息，以实现更好的决策制定和优化采购流程。采购数据经理必须是一位注重细节、数据驱动的领导者，能够评估当前流程，建立并有效部署新流程，引导他人度过变革，并与全球各地的内部和外部利益相关者进行沟通。采购数据经理还将在实施我们的ERP系统NetSuite的采购和产品模块方面发挥关键作用，并确保现有数据从现有工具和系统（包括Digwin、SQL表和Excel电子表格）中有效迁移。



HOW WILL YOU BE MEASURED:

The Procurement Data Manager is measured based on the overall accuracy and completeness of the data under management and their ability to create, maintain, and provide data, reports, and ultimately a vendor scorecard to enable better decision-making and optimize our procurement processes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead continuous improvement activities to constantly improve the data collection, organization, and maintenance processes for procurement and product data / 领导持续改进活动，不断改善采购和产品数据的收集、组织和维护流程
Manage the performance and contributions of direct reports, ensuring the delivery and accuracy of all associated work products / 管理直接下属的表现和贡献，确保所有相关工作产品的交付和准确性

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or closely related field. Advanced degree preferred. Candidates without a bachelor's degree can substitute additional closely related work experience on a year-for-year basis / 商业、供应链或相关领域的学士学位。优先考虑具有更高学位的候选人。没有学士学位的候选人可以用额外的相关工作经验进行年对年的替代
